Golden State Wheels Chrome Exchange Terms.


To qualify for the price listed on our chrome exchange, YOU MUST have the exact style/size of factory alloy wheels in a painted/silver finish to return in exchange for the brand new chrome set you intend to purchase.

You Pay: Listed Price + Core Deposit + (shipping when applicable).
Free Shipping to the contiguous USA.
Core deposit is refunded within 24hrs of your cores arriving at our warehouse.

F.A.Qs:
Q: Why is a core deposit required?
A: A core deposit is required to ensure we receive the cores and that the cores we receive are in good condition, same as the set you will be receiving. Straight and true etc.

Q: Can I avoid the deposit?
A: You certainly can:
#1) drop off your cores locally or
#2) mail you cores first or
#3) Do an on-site local wheel swap.

CHROME EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. You purchase our wheels for price listed + core deposit + (shipping when applicable).

2. We ship our brand new gleaming chrome wheels to you.

3.After you receive our wheels and have them installed on your vehicle, you use the existing boxes/packaging materials to secure core wheels for return shipping back to us within (14) fourteen days.

4.Return cores, customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
*We can provide return labels at a reduced rate, please call us at 1-866-347-5668.

5. Once we have received your wheels and have inspected them, we will credit back your core deposit within 24hrs.

* All wheels returned must be straight and true and free from structural defects
* Minor scratches, dings, nicks, or curb rashes are acceptable


Non-Acceptable cores:
NO previously chromed wheels will be accepted.
NO Replica/reproduction wheels will be accepted.

Any damage that require repair will be deducted from your deposit.

If you are unsure if your wheels will qualify due to curb damage/dings etc, please send an email to info@GoldenStateWheels.com with pictures of the affected area.

5 Year WARRANTY
All NEW Chrome wheels come with a five year warranty.
We will warranty the finish against peeling and other manufacturer’s defects.
